I use various massage modalities and specialize in Deep Tissue to help with the mind/body connection and clear energy blocks that have been stored in the tissues and cells of the body.

A Nutritional Coach is a mentor and supports helping clients feel their best through nutrition and lifestyle changes that are tailored to your specific needs. As a Nutritional Coach I provide meal planning, accountability and help you set goals that are realistic and sustainable.
Therapeutic Massage
Here are some of the many benefits of therapeutic massage. Increase circulation, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, break up scar tissue from acute injuries, reduce inflammation, and over all relaxation of the mind/body.
Massage Modalities offered: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Couples Massage, Chair Massage and Four Handed Massage.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that helps reduce stress and promotes healing. It is practiced by using "the laying on of hands" and using the infinite supply of life force energy or what the Chinese call Qi (chi) energy to balance the stagnant energy in the body.
